(askanews) - L'orsa KJ1, la più anziana del Trentino, è stata uccisa. L'Organizzazione internazionale protezione animali (Oipa) denuncia che "era stata condannata a morte nottetempo dal presidente della Provincia autonoma di Trento, Maurizio Fugatti".KJ1 aveva circa 22 anni ed era mamma di tre cuccioli che con la sua uccisione avranno gravi difficoltà a sopravvivere, ricorda l'organizzazione, spiegando che "si tratta del terzo provvedimento con cui Fugatti ha dato mandato al Corpo Forestale di uccidere la presunta colpevole delle ferite riportate agli arti dal turista francese in escursione solitaria sabato scorso a Dro. L'orsa era stata da poco radiocollarata per localizzarla"."Oipa Italia ha appreso con sconcerto l'abbattimento di KJ1, mamma orsa che abbiamo cercato di salvare con due azioni legali rivolte al tribunale amministrativo regionale - ha dichiarato in un video Claudia Taccani, responsabile ufficio legale Oipa - il presidente del tribunale aveva sospeso le due ordinanze della Provincia autonoma di Trento che condannavano a morte l'orsa, prevedendo la possibilità di valutare misure alternative tra cui inibire determinate zone dove c'era la presenza dell'orsa con cuccioli al seguito alla popolazione. Purtroppo questo non è stato fatto, è stato pubblicato un decreto di abbattimento e l'orsa è stata abbattuta"."Oipa Italia continuerà a valutare come poter tutelare gli orsi - ha proseguito l'avvocata - faremo un'istanza di accesso agli atti per capire cosa si è verificato e valuteremo di procedere ulteriormente; ricordiamo che la legge 'ammazza orsi', che prevede la possibilità di abbattere fino a otto esemplari nella Provincia autonoma di Trento, è stata segnalata da Oipa alla Commissione Ue per segnalare a nostro parere l'incompatibilità con la normativa europea che tutela l'orso.
