regionale, dedicato al commercio rappresentato da 98.000 imprese, 139 distretti e 1516 i luoghi storici del commercio. L'assessore regionale allo sviluppo economico Roberto Marcato, ha illustrato le principali novità: "Vogliamo rendere più agevole la vita dei nostri commercianti, favorendo soprattutto il commercio al dettaglio nelle piccole realtà oltre a razionalizzare le grandi strutture di vendita. L'obiettivo generale del disegno di legge è il riordino del settore del commercio attraverso una riforma generale che punta a semplificare e diminuire la burocrazia per facilitare lo sviluppo del settore commerciale. Per farlo abbiamo coinvolto il territorio con tutti gli operatori, le associazioni di categoria, gli enti locali, l'ANCI arrivando ad un testo davvero condiviso".Le principali novità che la giunta intende introdurre riguardano, in particolare, procedure di semplificazione e riduzione della burocrazia per quanto riguarda il commercio al dettaglio in area privata e all'ingrosso, il commercio su area pubblica, la vendita di stampa, l'attività di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande e la distribuzione di carburanti. E' previsto anche un taglio alle sagre troppo lunghe, che finiscono per far concorrenza agli esercizi commerciali. Al massimo potranno durare 15 giorni. Il DDL in sostanza aggiorna, riordina e raccoglie in un unico testo la normativa nelle citate materie. Gli articoli sono dati ridotti da 166 a 106."Negli ultimi 10 anni, dal 2014, la Regione del Veneto ha destinato agli esercizi commerciali 56,3 milioni di euro di contributi che si sono trasformati in oltre 100 milioni di investimenti in questo settore, dimostrazione concreta di quanto lo riteniamo strategico - ha sottolineato Marcato -. Ne deriva l'importanza di questo disegno di legge per il quale ringrazio la dr.ssa Adanella Peron e il dr. Giuseppe Mollica che hanno realizzato un lavoro straordinario". L'iter prevede che il DDL ora sia sottoposto al vaglio delle Commissioni consiliari prima del passaggio definitivo in aula per l'approvazione.
