guerriglierodell'estinto Movimento 19 aprile (M-19) ed ex sindaco di Bogotà,è salito al potere in Colombia, diventando il primo presidentedi sinistra nella storia del Paese sudamericano. Da allora leacque politiche restano agitate, con molti analisti che gliimputano l'incapacità di dialogare.In questi due anni Petro ha insistito per introdurre riformesociali, ottenendo però solo l'approvazione di quella dellepensioni, mentre ha visto affondare al Congresso le iniziativesanitarie, politiche ed educative.
