la sostenibilità e l’efficienza di strumenti e processi in diversi settori produttivi, non ultimo quello delle costruzioni. Al tempo stesso, una tecnologia di ultima generazione come l’AI, per poter esprimere al meglio le sue potenzialità, necessita la messa in campo di adeguati percorsi di formazione e aggiornamento delle persone. In questa direzione va vista un’iniziativa del Gruppo Pizzarotti di Parma, un global player del settore delle costruzioni e delle infrastrutture, che presenta la prima AI Academy del settore. La decisione di un progetto formativo del genere nasce da esigenze lavorative del settore delle costruzioni e delle infrastrutture che sempre più richiedono l’introduzione di strumenti legati alle tecnologie di ultima generazione, quali sensori, software e algoritmi per la progettazione, l’esecuzione e il controllo della sicurezza delle opere e prima ancora dei cantieri. Da questa ed altre esperienze sul campo è nata l’idea di un approfondimento sull’AI generativa con un programma interno in 4 moduli per i dipendenti del Gruppo, che attualmente sono circa 12 mila, da cui prenderà il via una vera a propria AI Academy strutturata. I moduli sinora previsti riguardano diversi temi: i fondamenti dell’AI e il ruolo cruciale dei dati; deep e machine learning e relativi casi applicativi concreti; applicazioni e limiti dell’AI; trasformazione aziendale, di processi e lavoro guidata dall’AI. Un’iniziativa indubbiamente di valore seppur limitata ad uno specifico caso aziendale, che potrebbe essere presa ad esempio anche da altri gruppi e aziende del settore, specie ricordando il peso che sempre più le nuove tecnologie hanno e avranno in diversi ambiti.
