Gli elettori lucani sono chiamati a scegliere uno dei tre candidati alla presidenza della regione: in pole position sembra Vito Bardi, governatore uscente.Gli ultimi sondaggi vedevano Bardi, che nel 2019 ha portato per la prima volta il centrodestra alla guida della regione, nettamente favorito.
